The Shark Research & Conservation Program (SRC) at the University of Miami conducts conservation-relevant science on the biology and ecology of sharks and rays.
A core component of our work is fostering scientific literacy and environmental ethic in youth and the public by providing exciting hands-on field research experiences in marine conservation biology. We know joining us in the field in beautiful South Florida isn’t possible for students everywhere, and so we’re happy to share educational materials that help bring these incredible animals and ecosystems to the classroom.
