The Story Behind the Name:
This shark is a graduation gift from Luci Johnson to her granddaughter, Tatum Rebekah Nugent, who was part of the Shark Research and Conservation Program for two years as an undergraduate at the University of Miami. Tatum has always had a passion for marine conservation, and sharks in particular.
