The Story Behind the Name: Emily Rose was named by the ever amazing Jim Abernethy on a trip to Tiger Beach in January of 2016. She was beautiful, strong, and pregnant at the time of her tagging. This shark will provide SRC with valuable data towards a number of research projects.
